\nBesides the controller, also other subjects of our structure (accounting personnel, administrative personnel, software and hardware service suppliers) may have access to the data, also sensitive data. All personnel work in compliance with the requirements laid down by GDPR 679\/2016.<\/span><\/p>\n

All personal data, including \u201csensitive\u201d data, can be communicated, as laid down by the laws in force, also in compliance with all obligations set forth by law, to all subjects entitled to receive this data and\/or responsible for the tax and accounting\/administrative control of the data, such as the Revenue Agency, Tax Collection Agency, Land Registry, INAIL (national institute for insurance against accidents at work), INPS (national institute of social insurance) and other insurance institutes, Companies registration Office, Municipalities and other Local Bodies, Banks, Chamber of Commerce, Institutions, professionals, agents and third parties who need to receive communication of the data to carry out the task granted to the controller of the data (for example notaries, attorneys etc. \u2026.).All the data that is processed can be disclosed for the filing\/saving\/management of the service also through clouding services to external parties appointed, if necessary, as subjects responsible for the data processing operations on behalf of the controller and who operate in compliance with the requirements of the new Regulations \u2013 GDPR.<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to safeguard the interests of the data subject, personal data may be communicated to credit collection and\/or legal protection structures.<\/span>
\nIt is possible to ask for the list, which may be different for each client and for each task as per article n. 4 section c)<\/span><\/p>\n

All data processing operations are carried out in compliance with the methods laid down in articles n. 6 and n. 32 of the GDPR and through the implementation of the proper data protection measures.<\/span>
\nWhen the data subject is younger than 16 years of age, the processing of the data shall be lawful if and to the extent that consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over the child, provided all identification data and copy of documents are given.<\/span>
\nCommunication: your personal data shall be communicated exclusively to competent subjects duly authorized to carry out the services required for the proper handling of the business relation, with protection of the subject\u2019s interests.<\/span>
\nAll personal data shall be processed only by agents authorized by the Controller, and may be communicated to third parties appointed as agents responsible for the processing of the data.<\/span>
\nDisclosure: your personal data shall not be disclosed in any way.<\/span>
\nStorage period: in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, according to article n. 5 of the GDPR, the storage period of all personal data is: 5 years after the end of the processing operations unless a longer period is agreed upon to fulfill other requirements and obligations.<\/span>
\nThe data subject can, in any moment, in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016\/679 (Articles n. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 \u2013 Rights of the data subject), exercise the following rights:<\/span>
\nRight of access to personal data; right to erasure or cancellation of the data or right to restriction of processing; right to object; right to data portability, right to rectification, where foreseen (the right to rectification does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal); the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.<\/span>
